We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The building is fine and the location is right in the centre of the city. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel facilities were great, especially the restaurant and bar. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options prepared on the spot. The hotel was very clean and all required precautions were in place. it was a great experience.

This venue was simply exceptional. the service was outstanding, as soon as I arrived, they greeted me with a warm welcome and were always ready to assist. the luxurious amenities included a private spa and a stunning rooftop pool, which created a glamorous atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi was slow; however, this was a minor issue.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's right in the heart of the city, allowing you to easily explore all the tourist spots on foot. You can even enjoy the lively atmosphere of the plaza right next to the hotel. The rooms are absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, always going above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including local delicacies. Plus, the hotel boasts a rooftop bar with amazing views.

The only minor drawback I found was the small size of the basin in the bathroom, which lacks a countertop.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet square with easy access to the old town. The location was fabulous, right in the center of the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The room was awesome, with excellent amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The view from our room overlooking the central area was breathtaking. The only negative aspect was the poor Wi-Fi in the room, but we were able to use our mobile provider instead. it was a fantastic experience.

As party people, we loved the rooftop bar with its gorgeous views and comfortable seating. The bar service was top-notch, making it the perfect place to unwind and have a few drinks. The location in the vibrant El Carmen district allowed easy access to all the best sights, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The elegant amenities and beautiful decor were excellent. We were really surprised with a free upgrade, which we appreciated. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location, tucked away in the old city, was perfect for a quiet and relaxed stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

The sink in our bathroom was quite small, making it difficult to store toiletries. valet parking was not available early in the morning, requiring us to walk a few blocks with our luggage to get to the airport.

The only minor issue we had was that the bathroom could have been better organized, with more space for toiletries and an extra shelf for toilet paper. the shower door didn't close properly, leading to water leakage.
